· Print clearly and check your order.  Normal delivery is 4 - 6 weeks  Installation instructions are provided with each tile. 

· Slight variations are to be expected and are a unique property of handmade tiles..

· All tiles will accept 5 digits EXCEPT Baby Face Baroque which accepts up to 4 digits

· RESTRICTIONS are as follows—The addition of lettering and choice of colors is only available on “Crested Plate” and  “Calyx”.

1. Calyx - Maximum of 8 Characters per line

2. Crested Plate - Maximum of 12 characters on one line OR 5 digits on one line and 12 characters on a second line

3. CALYX or CRESTED  PLATE, add $1.50 per character for each character over 12 on the tile.
